With many years of experience as a graphic artist, Sue-Ann changed careers to the one she loved…Fitness. Her enjoyment of learning to live a happy and healthy lifestyle encouraged her to get certified to teach others to realize exercise is not only a part of life but a way of life.

With extensive experience, certifications, and continuing education, Sue-Ann keeps on-top of the fitness industry providing her clients with the latest and safest exercises to accomplish their fitness goals. Pilates on the Reformer has proven to be one of the most effective ways to tone and change the body safely without injury.

She has also researched the benefits of BARRE and TRX® extensively and has chosen certain exercises that are most beneficial for the body and incorporated it into certain pilates classes. She suggests everyone to try things that are good for them, at least once.

14 Hour Cancellation Policy

We Strictly Enforce the 14-Hour Cancellation Policy.

Reservations are required for all group classes and subject to a 14 hour advance notice cancellation or you will be held responsible for payment in full.

  • Advanced payment for classes is required.
  • No membership fees.
  • All packages are non-refundable.

Group classes are not for those persons with acute physical problems. Private sessions are tailored for each individual and will address specific injuries and difficulties.

iBeyond Pilates Class Policies

We have a few requests to make your workout as peaceful and safe as possible. We appreciate your attention to the following:

  • No hard hair clips. Please use soft hair bands if needed.
  • No lotions or oils on the body.
  • If wearing socks, please wear socks with grippers on the bottom.
  • No jewelry if possible. For your safety and the equipment.
  • Phones are turned off or on mute.
  • Talking to a minimum. No private conversations during class.
  • If you are running late to class, please let us know so we don’t give away your spot to someone waiting.
  • 2 person minimum in class (we have the option to cancel a class if only 1 person in class).
